Markus van Duijn

About

Markus van Duijn has been involved in training, coaching and consulting in the area of AgileCI/CD and DevOps  for more than 13 years. His experience enables him to deliver his training at strategic, tactical and operational level. Bridging and understanding helps participants empathize each other’s challenges. At many large enterprises he learned while executing which makes his experience accessible for everybody.

Markus is an experienced trainer for DevOps and CI/CD related topics, no stranger to security, testing and continuous delivery architecture he combines many facets of this dynamic world of DevOps!

Changing people is what he lives for, in his training, coaching and consulting he helps people look differently at culture, behavior and technical knowledge. Exploring the boundaries in his own and other’s capabilities. Most proud, Markus looks at his achievements in transforming behavior in large groups but maybe also to the smaller trainings with 6-10 people where attention to people and detail can flourish. Markus is a trainer who strongly believes in interaction over tools. He makes sure his sessions are as interactive as possible where dynamically content is “created” and discussed. Teaching the basics comes from explaining and discussing instead of turning pages and slides. Making his training appear natural to both trainer as trainee
